My partner used this insurer for a year. When the contract is over he cancelled his debit order for this company as he did not want to take out any more contact from them. He expected them not to renew his contract anymore as what it said on their letter "If they dont get the money the insurance will stop". So we left it like that. But then post office is trying to charge him for £149.78 (they call it premium amount!!!) whats that for?? And the cancellation fee was £0. TOTAL RIP OFF
