had a accident in feb 2012 it was a staged accident and the insurer saw it that way as well, I knew it was going to be a lengthy process to prove it was staged but not 15months, anyways every couple of months I chase up the progress on case with the up most frustration, I either get given the wrong numbers, put through to the wrong team or cut off! its such poor service and im so frustrated about this..
I rang yesterday with the exact same saga I have everytime, in the end I got put through to a solicitor after being put on hold for near on an hour just for her to say "im not dealing with this case but I can see the claims still outstanding can I get someone to call you back" with this I give up and I still waiting for that call back.
