Following a non-disputed, non-fault accident the Post Office totally mismanaged my claim. Totally incompetent, disinterested customer relations staff. Even their Customer Relations Executive is disinterested in the fact that I have been left without my car and without total loss payment. The case has dragged on for over a year (I have been without transport for 7 months!). It will now finally make it to court. NEVER deal with them!!
