I have been with this insurer for years and am so happy with the service they provide I wouldn't dream of moving, firstly to all the haters I want like to point out they are an insurance broker so everyone moaning about claims are in the wrong place, performance direct being a broker compare lots of insurers to provide the best value for your needs sooo they place you with insurance companies which then deal with your claim, unhappy claim experience? Moan about the insurance company not the broker, secondly I read some of these reviews moaning about incorrect details etc etc, previously working in insurance myself I don't feel for you, half of the public lie just to get the cheapest quotes, don't disclose certain details which they know will put there insurance premium up, ie convictions, accidents, overnight parking, 9 times out of 10 u will get found out, companies hold strong databases with all this rubbish on so if you lie then expect a phone call asking for more money, at the end of the day u are all paying high premiums now coz u all lie about injury claims when people roll into you at 2mph!! Fact is I feel sorry for brokers, insurance companies set the rates and terms, they are the enemy and the greatest thing about them is they won't speak to you direct, you have to go through ur broker, win win situation for the insurance companies!! If half of the people on here understood insurance and how it works then there wouldn't be as many moaning! Peace out
