the only thing this company care about is taking as much money of you as possible, they are very unhelpfull,make sure if you do have to use them protect your no claims or if you do have an accident you are giving them an open check book,WARNING IF YOU HAVE A MAMED DRIVER ON YOUR POLICY IF THEY HAVE AN ACCIDENT AND EVEN IF YOU ARE A 1000 MILES AWAY ON HOLIDAY ONE SURE WILL PUT IT ON THE INSURANCE DATABASE THAT IT WAS YOU THAT HAD THE ACCIDENT AND NOT THE PERSON THAT ACTUALLY DID,RESULTING IN HIGHER PREMIUMS AND A BAD DRIVING RECORD, AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES

Will let your cooling of period end,then tell you provided documents not good enough,then ask for more money. 291122/2 policy Now tell everyone how much I paid from may to July in your response. 8weeks insurance cost over 500 pounds.paid money upfront then you took money from my bank.be afraid

“AVOID ******”

First year of insurance was 3rd party ONLY 2nd year I "CHANGED" This to fully comp 8months into the policy I noticed I was still 3rd party only I told them and I had to pay £750 to get this changed I didn't do this and decided I was not going with them the 3rd year. They rang me 2 weeks before my policy run out to tell me a renewal and told them I didn't want to renew and to cancel it as I have insurance in place with a new company HAVEN BEHOLD THEY REMEW MY POLICY AND IM NOW TOLD ITS GOING TO COST ME £407 FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED!! and again saying when listen to the call again I was lieing again and won't give me my ncb until its paid when I never used your insurance I'm insured with someone else but it falls an deaf ears avoid this lot they bloody sharks I have a high value impreza I thought was insured every time I taken this car out if something had happened I would of never been paid out stay away from them

AVOID!!! Onesure Insurance is an Awful company, Constantly making mistakes that will cost your business money! We asked countless times for cars to show on MID, They didn't list them, we could not prove to avon and Somerset police that the car was insured as you cant to anyone on the weekend, We lost our car for the weekend, One this place wouldn't even cover the taxi Cost! Not the first Issue we have had with this Company! The year before it took them 3 months to provide us a cover-note, We couldn't collect cars from auctions, Despite paying for our over priced policy and there legal requirement to provide a cover note. Failed to for 3 months. Go anywhere else, even if it costs you more, as the cost to your business will be worse off!!! If I knew to listen to the warnings I would of!

Please please don't use one sure insurance You will only be tricked of your money please check out all reviews on this company.. use other sites to check them out as well as this one .. I'm struggling to put into words how low and scummy these people are the lowest of the low ...so basically take 5 minutes of your to check them out before you call them this stop you from been tricked like myself....be safe be careful and Don't use One sure insurance..I wish I had checked them out Frist too late for me don't make same mistake as me guys

“The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with”

I recently bought a van for work and was looking for insurance. While looking at Onesure online I was called by them saying that they knew I was looking for vehicle insurance. The guy on the phone sounded fair enough so I agreed to take their vehicle insurance as they advertise that they provide the cheapest insurance cover. I paid them £98.00 with the balance to be paid by direct debit. Over a month later and I still have no insurance documents which they have told me they can post for an additional £10.00 I have also received a credit agreement from a finance company stating that I owe them money for the van insurance. At no point in time did I request a loan! I have tried to reason with Onesure however they are rude and beligerant on teh phone. I have asked to speak to their complaints manager and so far had no response. Please whatever you do take the time to look around for a professional insurance company and give these people a miss. I have 11 months to go before I am rid of this bunch.

“trade car insurance”

this company has the worst website, i have dealt with. you cannot upload the items direct, there is no email address given to talk to, all access is by telephone. texts sent to my mobile saying that my items havent uploaded correctly are non returnable texts. i have wasted so much time on this , i wish i hadnt changed from my current last insurer. please be aware that when you are getting a reduced cost on your insurance , there is a reason for it!!!

“Breakdown direct debit. Not my name or bank account!”

Set up traders policy 2015 with free unwanted breakdown cover. Received direct debit declaration with unknown persons name, bank account number and sort code. Called the finance company who sent the declaration. They informed me the breakdown policy had my name but didn't belong to me and I have no authority on the account due to data protection. I informed OneSure customer service who confirmed that due to data protection I have no authority on this account and am unable to cancel the breakdown. Having confidence I had reported the matter I assumed the account would be voided, although I didn't receive confirmation I soon forgotten about it. October 2017 I received a bill from the finance company. Unpaid direct debit plus £30 fine/fees. 30th October Another phone call to be told that the account had been running for 9 years. I ask if the bank account has my name. It didn't, he asks if I know the person. "No I do not" The customer service representative puts my call through to OneSure who inform me I owe payment for the last 3 years although I've been a customer for 2 years. £482 Spent 56 mins on phone being questioned. 6th November received email from OneSure breakdown will be cancelled 9th November £5 letter sent recorded delivery telling me the breakdown cover will be cancelled 15th November email bill for £179 cancelled breakdown insurance policy due in 14 days Spent hours on phone. Average call length 50 minutes free phone is for new business and they have been told not to transfer calls anymore. Have been told I would receive call back from complaints department numerous times and never have. Totally unwilling to accept responsibility for their abuse of customer data. Trapping customers into agreements and making it impossible to cancel unwanted breakdown cover set up on another persons account using the excuse "it's in our terms". It is perfectly fine for OneSure to knowingly allow breakdown insurance created with incorrect bank account number, names and sort code and expect their customers to pay into that account. It doesn't say anything in their terms of business so it must be fine. Looks like they don't even need a signature to set up direct debit even though I was sent a declaration that I didn't sign. Could be a mix up between the the financial company and OneSure, but why should they care? It's easier to ask for money than sort it out.

“terrible , lairs and unreliable ”

they took in my laptop never got back to me until i called in then later told me its damage. but please why did i first send it in. now they said its burnt and it was open and took chips out before getting to them. hold on, so how did that happen. telling be we took pictures before but it was difficult to take the old chips out. also bad customer experience and service rubbish do not use them

One sure are just the best at offering insanely cheap car insurance policies. I have been taking out car insurance now for over 35 years and have never found a more experienced broker - even back when Swindon used to dominate the industry. One Sure always beat other brokers every year when I compare my renewal.

“Good Company”

I have been insured with One Sure Insurance Ltd. for a few years now. I haven't had the need to communicate much with them, unless it’s regarding my renewal. They always do a smooth job of renewing my insurance however, and for a good price which keeps coming down year on year.
