When I took our my policy I wasn't aware of the rolling account system my fault but to get charged £42 for a weeks cover on a caravan I haven't owned Since April is disgusting they said get a proof of sale but the owners of the park sell the caravan if they would have said tell you what call it straight I would have used them again but no chance now plus you can't get through on the phone big tip here guys pretend your a new customer and they call before you've shut the laptop lid tut tut… Read Full Review

“Rip Off Company - AVOID - Extremely poor customer service ”

Onsure Insurance and LV insurance – AVOID THESE RIP OFF company's – they quote cheap to get your business, but lie and fob you off. Onesure miss sell policies and instead of fixing the issue, they fob you off with excuses and instead of dealing with customer complaints they quote rules and regulations stating that they are following the rules. They even accepted mistakes but gave excuses and claimed they were following guidelines. See you in court – appalling customer service, a joke… Read Full Review

You sound like a goon who doesn't know what your talking about talking about, you don`t go court when you should follow the complaints procedure. So instead of ranting on the internet how about complaining in writing then after that contacting the ombudsman to try get it resolved. If ombudsman doesnt help you, your basically in the wrong and court wont do anything

Totally agree with everything you have written about. I chose them for price and quickness but when changing my car after 9 months the extra cost to me was colossal. I could have got a 33 per cent cheaper policy with less excess, but I was reluctant to cancel as there was no refund on the 4 months of policy remaning. Then I changed my registration number of the vehicle 7 weeks later and they clawed another £35 from me. Also they only send Email documents so of course, there is no cost to themselves. The process of changing the registration on the document and sending out a new policy via email took 5 minutes. This, if calculations are correct amounts to £420 an hour. Not bad for an insurance company that boasts cheaper insurance. Advise ALL to avoid this company like the plague from my experience. Highly recommended......NOT
