Have now rang six times have been assured that all the information is correct and will receive no more emails telling me the policy will be cancelled then the post arrives with a letter saying the same and this afternoon an email saying the same despite being promised no more would be recived !! If it happens again I will take my money somewhere that appreciates it !!

Would it be possible for you to reply or edit your review to include your policy number or reference number so I may look in to this for you please? This may be a cross over and the letter have been sent out before you spoke to us.
