My car insurance was due for renewal. Having had a bad experience in trying to speak to an assistant on Saturday 21 January(I was unsuccessful as I was cut off when at position 1)I was pleasantly surprised this morning to be connected very quickly to IM7. He advised me of my renewal premium which I felt was too high. IM7 made some inquiries and succeeded in reducing the annual premium to one which I found acceptable. IM7 was sympathetic about my experience of being cut off and said he would pass this on to his manager. I had been considering taking a quote from another company but was happy with the premium and service I received today.
