Although initially in a 'queue' on the telephone - was kepy updated with my 'position' - which made the waiting time a lot more easier !!
Served by HM3 - straight to the point by a clearly spoken young lady - no messing !!
Don't like wasting time by listening to nonsense - & One-Call 'ticks' all those boxes for complete customer satisfaction in this department - Many Thanks *****
