I was happy with the quote that I received and the information that I was given. However it did take a long time waiting on the phone before I was put through to a member of staff. The first time that I phoned, I was told that there was a 50minute wait! I very nearly took my custom elsewhere. The lady that I spoke to eventually, was very patient and explained things clearly to me. As I have not yet sold the car that I already had on a policy with you, I explained that it would hopefully be sold within the next fortnight, and I was told that there would not be a charge when I did cancel this .
