I called to substitute a new vehicle on an existing policy. I had to wait a long time listening to an automated introduction before being connected to a human advisor. That pert of the process was very easy and helpful as the operator was both informative and helpful.
The next part of this review is to express my disappointment at the £39 admin fee to just add a different vehicle. This fee was greater than the increase in premium and I therefore feel paying that amount for 5 minutes work for your employee is exorbitant particularly as you should be paying your employees not me.
