I initially telephoned to cancel my renewal, however I was pleasantly surprised with the reception and concern shown by the advisor. We discussed the reasons for my searching on line,which pointed towards the price of the policy rather than the contents. The willingness to negotiate to a mutually satisfactory conclusion persuaded me to say with One Call- another happy bunny!!
