When the live chat service was finally available they were very helpful and answered all my concerns. Driver licence info was a nightmare to upload as some details apparently were not matching. Unfortunately I had to ring One Call to find out why, and had to wait for 20 mins in a queue to be told I would have to ring DVLA for a Check code, (this info would be useful to know prior to ringing One-call instead of waiting for their advisors?)Once I had the info from DVLA this was soon resolved, however I wasn't happy with the advisor who told me I had only got a number of days to complete my records when I called, (I had been trying to enter my details for nearly 2 weeks, only to find every time I got an error message but no reason why-thought this was a website fault/error!) I also found out afterwards, that the breakdown cover incurs a £20 cost per call out. (2 x year = £40 on top of cost)
