Very helpful member of staff user name RT2. Pleasant and knowledgeable providing relevant advice and helping me through the process. I had the option to upgrade breakdown cover which I did. I also decided to pay up front the following day after taking out the policy the previous day and requesting monthly payment. Very helpful. It would be helpful if at the time of purchase the cost of credit was made clearer to me as I would have paid upfromt then. It was all a bit fast but RT2 was much more relaxed and I was able to take everything in and digest the information. Thank you.
