The main reason I use One Call is they are a local company and employ local
people. I have used them for a few years now and the staff are very helpful, clear in their conversations and have provided me with a exceptional service. Whenever I have had a problem, like today where my auto payment did not work they contacted me to resolve the issue. I was looked after today by MC7 and she was very polite, helpful and friendly. There was nothing to complain about and the service was first class. I work in quite a large office and I have recommended One Call to my colleagues on numerous occasions.
