JD5 did her very best and was pleasant … but first the card payment was declined as we had changed credit cards from last year. then we had to go online to pay. the site would not accept our address or take payment. we then went to the phone and had to wait well over 30 minutes before we were connected to a person who wanted to know what we wanted. he then said he would connect us to car renewals when yet another recorded voice said we were in another queue…We gave up and we will now look elsewhere.
