Had an issue with payment of premium online. I contacted ONE CALL service centre and the person I spoke to LA1 was extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends as the amount of cover for the premium is well above all other insurance companies..
The online quote tool allows for fine tuning and you are offered upgrades as you progress to payment screen.
Also superb reviews on majority of comparison sites is well justified.
