Very good service I found the online chat service better than the usual telephone help when doing a major change to my policy (new vehicle registered). It was a quick and courteous process with a very helpful operator who explained every stage of the process clearly to me. The only thing I would say negative is the fact your operater was only able to use the debit csrd on file and not a new one, not a problem to me on this occasion but may be if the card had expired in the last year.
