KW9 was both helpful and straightforward in explaining how I went about taking advantage of a price from confused.com.
My only concern is that I'm already a One Call customer (they offer all the services needed) but my renewal quote (as a loyal customer) was £44 higher then the quote for a new customer shown on confused.com. There's something very wrong about that.
Anyho KW9 ecplained how to go about taking the best price though she couldn't do it through the office but I end up paying £50+ less than my renewal quote (by taking anew quote and paying in a lump sum rathe than instalments)
