I made a quick call to One Call Direct this morning to discuss my new motor policy. Having looked else where for a quote that was cheaper than what they had a originally quoted but not wanting to change insurer, I enquired if the price could be bought down. NS7, was very helpful and friendly and amended my policy accordingly.
