Very good service; a return phone call at the agreed time, a local company based in Yorkshire so no language issues & great service. After re-checking through all my details, the price I had online was what was offered, she reviewed the excess and was able to reduce this from £400 to £150 without increasing the premium :-). She gave me good advice to help me decide on whether to take the option of a guaranteed hire car rather than the courtesy car.
The payment set up was new to me - transferring to a secure telephone line for card details & then using my keypad on the phone to put in my card numbers so had I been in a public place nobody would over hear my payment details.
All my documents came through promptly, as promised, by email with a secure code by text.
So all in all a great service... :-)
