I have just changed my car insurance to One Call and am so relieved that I have. Thomas Dunn was the Quality Control Enquiries Advisor who helped me sort out an online query and he was fantastic. I received all the information I needed and he emailed the relevant links to documentation as I was speaking to him, and explained how to obtain it using my PIN code. He also explained how to get proof of my No Claims Discount and how long I had to provide it to One Call. I am very impressed with this company, and Thomas in particular, especially as I have just saved £137 over my previous insurers. Thank you One Call - keep up the good work!!
