I wanted to change my policy to a new car.
I was on hold for 45 minutes!
After complaining about the wait, the procedure took another 30 minutes! The lady just took so long I actually hung up. I couldn't be bothered anymore.
Tried their online support, and that was a waste of time.
They also decided to up my monthly direct debit for no apparent reason, so had to call and fix that.
The customer service generally sound un-responsive and don't really care about customer service.
Seriously stay away their not worth it.
