I usually dread having to make these kind of calls, as it usually entails dealing with too much automation, or dealing with a person I can neither understand or believe has much knowledge of the service they are expected to provide.
Well, I have to say, this experience was quite the opposite...it was all so easy. The adviser was so professional, obviously trained well and had time to speak to me! Outstanding service...I'll certainly relay this info to any of my relatives, friends and work colleagues.
Oh, and I was very happy with the renewal quote...not often I'm as happy to part with money!!
