Near the end of my first year with One Call I received an invitation to renew my car insurance and was delighted that the premium was reduced! That's a first, nowadays firms tend to penalize loyalty. I rang and quickly got through to KW9 who soon dealt with the renewal. I have not had a claim so cannot comment on that but so far I'm very satisfied and I did like the key tags you provided last time (an unexpected bonus).
