Will be cancelling with company ASAP! And putting in a complaint to Financial Ombudsman! I thought racketeering was outlawed? Guess not. This company are second to none in this field! Didn't think it was possible to be polite and rude at the same time, again this company win hands down! Worst Insurance Company Ever Award Winners! Managers and lackeys alike are typical call centre heartless inhumane cretins! NOT RECOMMENDED! Should have know better. If you pay peanuts...you get monkeys!!!!!

Could not agree more would any body out there who feel ripped off fancy testing their T&Cs in court perhaps we could get a party action together
