Took out a 3-year fixed policy at the start of 2012. After one year (and I repeat after one year) I had to make a change to the policy for work use. The lovely staff at OneCall have decided to add the extra premium not for the 2 remaining years but for all 3 instead, even though the change took place after the first year.
Try to get a direct, layman's terms answer out of them is impossible.
