Was shocked to be informed that I had to contact them again, after my policy expires, in order to get a copy of my No Claims Bonus.
Firstly, why not keep my original request on file until such time (if they really cannot do this now).
Secondly, insurers ask for evidence of no claims, why do they not, as a matter of course, send them to the insured when the policy expires? There are after all in the same business. Why do we have to keep asking for it?
