Although I was very happy with the service from One Call, no claims, no problems. I had to change insurers when the renewal price quoted was ridiculously high.
My new insurer found a problem with my No Claim Discount history even tho' I haven't had a claim for 15 years.
When I contacted One Call about this, they were very good even though I am no longer their customer.
The person I spoke to, [name removed] was very efficient and helpful and resolved the problem with minimum fuss.
