first year was good. then changed car thought premium was high.
Just changed car was told to change cover to new car would cost me £80. If i cancelled get £90 back. i have cancelled and got cover for a newer car less powerful, for less than half of one calls quote.
I hope all is cancelled efficiently, but I must say the agent who i spoke today was the only polite and helpful staff I have ever dealt with.
I think documents should not cost extra to post. Why should I use my ink and paper when I pay so much.
