The only reason I decided to move from One Call to a cheaper car insurer in 2013 was cost and Customer service person, was excellent in assisting the move and providing NCB letter very quickly. Thank you to all who made the transition so problem-free.
One part I didn't necessarily agree with was when I had to ring One Call about my chipped windscreen and they said that the chip wasn't big enough to arrange for it to be repaired. Surely any chip in a windscreen should be repaired? But, saying that the chip is still there and so is my windscreen!
