“I was ripped off! ”

I had an existing motor insurance policy for one year. As part of my renewal this year I agreed to pay an additional £5 per month to reduce my excess should I have an accident. Not a word was spoken of administration fees ect, resulting in me having to pay an additional £120! I feel as though I have been ripped off! In fact I have been! Bad customer service!
