Just changed the policy mid term for my daughter as she is unable to deal during working hours. I particularly wanted to mention [name removed] the advisor who dealt with me. He was exceptional in the way he dealt with my case by explaining the extra charges being made to the policy and as my own car insurance is due for renewal this month he has passed my number on to an advisor to call me back. Deserves a pat on the back for that one I would say!!
The only downside which is out of [name removed]'s control is the charge for Mid term adjustments of £55 which I do think is rather excessive and needs reviewing. A* service from [name removed] though.
