Called today concerned about letter I had received and was fortunate to speak to your advisor Brooke Greaves, who patiently listened to my concerns and offers me a solution. I am a new customer and when first received this letter thought I had made a mistake! However after speaking with Brooke she has put my mind at ease. I requested an e- mail and as I also work in the Financial industry assured her all I required was condirmaton of our discussion which after she spoke with manager she sent immediately with record as requested. My only complaint would be contacting you, I also work Monday to Friday 9-5 which makes it difficult to contact you though can contact from work on a busy back office of a major bank makes it not as private as I would like. Other than that well done to Brooke and her Customer Service
