sorted my insurance out online paying full amount( or so i thought) not monthly installments. £ 200 + was taken from my account days before my insurance was due to be renewed. a week later received a threatening letter saying my insurance would be cancelled if i didnt pay first installment of £25. Now im not sure how anyone else would read this but i thought they were asking me for a first installment for my insurance policy although id paid in full. To cut long story short it was for a renewal payment. i will not be using onecall again.
