Have been with this company for 2 years now as always been cheapest and covered everything within the policy....however, I now feel let down by these people big style.

The reason why they are so cheap is that their so called administration fees are extortionate. I have been with many other insurers where when I have needed to make alterations to the policy, I have never ever been charged to do this.

I contacted One Call, to do the right thing by the law, to advise them my cherish plate has been put on retention and my existing car had been placed back to it's original plate, and I needed temporary insurance for 4 days until my new car came in. I was told it would cost me £55 to change the plate number temporaily, and then £55 again to change it in 4 days. Outright robbery!!!

I asked how much it would cost to cancel my policy as I was digested with this cost, I was told they did not have this information, if it costs less than £100 to cancel, then gues what....you have lost a customer One Call Insurance!!!

New customers beware of hidden extra charges, so called admin charges for the click of a button and documents you have to download yourself to save £5.99 postal charges.....would not recommend to anyone!!
