I have had good customer ervice over the past three days in dealing with my queries. Both Rachel Needham who promtly responded to my letter and Rhys Eales who telephoned me and went through every aspect of the items that I was concerned about were very professional.
I know that today most things that used to be simple (especially to people of my age and generation) nearly always seem to be more hassle to deal with which is annoying. I have recently cancelled two orders that I had made because of "no customer service" being available and being held on an automated telephone for over 25 minutes.
My experience with One Call was a pleasant and professional experience and this is my second year with them.
Long may it continue.

Sounds like there quite good. was there an automated telephone line to sit through though. need to renew my insurance?
