I received a call today from Sarah Steadman at OneCall. She was ver pleasant and advised me that they could reduce my excess by £300.00 whilst only increasing my premium by £6.00 per month. This saves me a substantial amount of money in the (hopefully unlikely) event that I need to make a claim. Great customer service so thank you Sarah. Very nice to speak to someone from a UK call centre too who understands exctly what you are saying. So far (and bear in mind I am a new customer) I have to say I am very happy with the service I have received from OneCall and would recommend them. they were by far the cheapest quote I received from Compare the Market :)
