The three times I have contacted the customer service centre I thought their approach with customers was terrible. I have never found a rapport with the staff. I am an approachable person but their attitude was very strange. Plus I don't like paying additional high premium admin charges for policy changes and I think if there was something genuinely missed from my policy when taking it out for the first time with them I should not have to pay extra charges for clicking a couple of buttons!
