Firstly I was not happy to find that the policy I had chosen on-line
was not the policy I received. I had to pay another premium to up-grade to the policy I was lead to believe I had already purchased on-line.
Then I moved house and thinking I was doing a good thing, saving money all round and moving to a very safe area and with secure parking etc I was sure to save money on my motor insurance. not the case, instead I still had to pay another £55 just to change my address and I was told the move would be reflected in my renewal quote in September and no refund would be calculated at this stage. I always pay for insurance up front in full. I was told that if I chose to cancel my insurance there would be a £35.00 charge for that too ! So I had no choice but to pay the fee of £55
However, I emailed and expressed how un happy I was about the situation and the issues that I had. A really helpful Jennifer Allanson dealt very efficiently, kindly and promptly with my issues and I should thank her for that. I am told that a good will gesture of £20.00 will be sent to me so that's a good thing. I now wait with bated breath to see my renewal quote.. then I may change my mind and accept and refer onecall to friends.
