Rang One Call yesterday to add additional driver to my policy. Call answered reasonably quickly and very efficiently. Katrina was very friendly and helpful. My new documents arrived in my Inbox within minutes of the call. My renewal is due soon and i am not thinking of changing insurance company as i am very happy with the service provided by One Call.
