After gaining a quote from confused.com I decided to call you to discuss the policy. I found the advisor Laura very approachable and very polite. She clearly knew what she was talking about and she was ENGLISH. She explained everything to me and even offered upgrades on the breakdown etc which I decided not to take. Dont think there should be a call out fee though. Upgrading puts the overall price up and it was the price which obviously attracted me to you in the first place. There was no pressure on the sale. I was given contact numbers for all relevant depts including breakdown and she has even agreed to post out my policy as my laptop wont always allow me to open certain file formats. This policy seems to cover every aspect I was looking for.
