Louise is the first person I have spoken to at OneCall who has been civil and dealt with my query quickly, calmly and efficiently. This is the exception to their previously mediocre service!
To paraphrase another insurer, Onecall can make a drama out of any crisis. I have been insured with them twice, and would not recommend the experience to anyone.
I also took their breakdown cover, against better advice, broke down last December on a blind bend in the dark, and could not raise their call centre. I had to call out the Professionals(the other emergency service)who dealt with the breakdown at a price! I called to complain about that occasion and the call handler couldn't have been less interested.
I get the impression that no-one in their call centre gives a hoot about any customer. Take my advice and go elsewhere, cos you can't be sure to get Louise at the end of the phone each time!
