I had to cancel my car insurance today. Spoke to a girl called Laura Seale who could not have been any more helpful, the transaction was all completed in a few minutes. My email for return of funds was there when I came off the phone to her.
All was a very non hastle experience which was very good for me. Just have to wait for my funds to be returned if that is as efficient it will be 5 star treatment for me.
