My husband took out an insurance policy and what a nightmare... firstly, they would not accept the proof of no claims because it had his motorbike on the policy. Eventually he sorted that out and policy was supposedly were mailed out. However, he had a message to call 'urgently' at the premium rate. he was told that the policy had been returned and he was to prove his home address, which he did. then we received a letter stating the policy is going to be cancelled due to lack of correspondence. Following another expensive call, no apology or reimbursement of call costs. We would recommend to paying the extra for a reputable company.
