Dear Octagon

I would like to bring to your attention of the admin fee policy you have in place to change an address - I can confirm I have not requested anything more or anything less just an simple address change and to be charged £25.00 for this tiny admin work is astounding.

This is a money making scheme and as a company who thinks this is acceptable to rip off their customers who can I kindly remind you we pay each month without fail (which is our promise to you)....

Would we (the customer) would want to use your service as an insurance provider for the next two, three, four even five years? The answer is NO

For your business to be successful and exceed in the future would it not make sense to keep your customers happy and we will repay you in our loyalty - maybe that’s a thought for your next business meeting!
