very incompitent & useless & money grabbers!

I was fully comp with them with protected NCB.There was an accident last december which wasn't my fault,But they paid the other party out and did not tell me at all and still left the case open and didn't close it,Which made me struggle to get my insurance for a different vehicle i purchased impossible.They paid them out more than what there car was worth and the other party has other vehicle's at home so they said and don't worry.We were on the phone ages and they were messing us around saying the accident was my fault as he ws on the dual carriage way before me,Even though you couldn't see him around.I was let out,So eased out slowly to the first white line and i looked to my right and the road was very clear and has i proceeded out the car came from behind the first line speeding and hit me to which they said it was my fault.He said his car was a mess to which i didn't see as him and wife were mouthing off at me with my disabled son in the car with me.My car had a scuff marks to the bumper which T-cut worked on it. The seat belts never locked in the accident and the other party were running about like idiot's no injury's.Don't know what octagon have done but my new insurance said there is NO sign of my NCB.And Octagon have taken a months insurance out of my bank to which i no longer have the car and i had rung them to cancel on the 10th of june to which my insurance would of been due the 12th.And they also said they would take a cancellation fee of £40 something.They are useless and i don't trust them just be careful as they are money grabbers and the team have not got a clue what they are doing.My 13yr old could do a better job.That company want closing down.
