Started a new policy and got email saying everything sorted. Then got text saying I'd receive an email shortly with link to my policy documents etc. Received nothing, so rang. Told everything would be sorted and they'd sort things for me. Again nothing.
Rang again and told that as it was now weekend, they wouldn't be able to do anything but would get everything sorted manually for me ... received nothing.
Used the online chat and told that problem was because my old policy was still in force then the new documents wouldn't be available until after they expired (14 days time).
My policy has now been in force for 2 days (I hope) and still no documents. When I try to register with their Login and enter all my details, policy No etc it comes up saying my account isn't valid.
Will be ringing today and cancelling with immediate effect.
I've probably wasted over 3 hours of my life chasing this company for my insurance documents for a policy I paid for in full.
