I was hit by a third party who accepted liability instantly, open and closed case surely? Oh no! 4 weeks later, I still have no car and no payout although they have agreed to send payment once, but then realised it was above a threshold amount, so sent it back to their underwriters where it still is now.

The main problem I think is communication, they clearly do not record information taken and they end up asking for the same information over and over again, the mark of true incompetence! They refused to give me full names, didn't store my documents correctly, sent my car half way up the country into a totally different area even though confirming it would be kept local so I could collect my personal possessions.

The only good thing about markerstudy was the price to buy the insurance, we know why it was cheap now! Absolute bunch of twunts. Wouldn't insure my dog with them now.

I am pleased to confirm since I wrote this and Markerstudy replied, they have agreed to payout! Nice to see you reply and do something positive with the information. I just want to put this whole experience behind me, and hopefully enjoy my car again soon!
