Got learner driver insurance for my son and he had an accident so we claimed. I've been told it's a straightforward claim, but every time I phone there's something holding it up. I've had very little correspondence and no one returns calls. I'm getting very concerned that I'm being messed around. It's been 2 months and I just want my car fixed. I'm on the phone now and apparently need more details from me - yet another stalling tactic?? I've been told all will be ok after this but I'm no holding my breath!!

I am well familiar with their stalling tactics. Ave been waiting since sept n getting nowhere with them . No correspondence at all. I have handed the case to an ombudsman as I have had enuf n not getting anywhere with them. Worst insurance company. I think watchdog need to be on their case. The automated reply goes to show they can't be bothered
